We are proud to share that the Executive MBA Poznań-Atlanta (PUEB–GSU) has been ranked 3rd in Poland in the Perspektywy Press MBA Ranking 2026, scoring 97.8 points.
Even more importantly, our program took first place in four out of five ranking categories:

Orientation session class XXXII

We are delighted to announce that the 32nd edition of the Executive MBA Poznań-Atlanta PUEB-GSU Program has officially begun – a joint program of Poznan University of Economics And Business and our American partner: Georgia State University – J. Mack Robinson College of Business.

Our first days together have already shown us that this will be a truly exceptional edition. A carefully selected group of students – leaders and managers with impressive experience, remarkable energy and a genuine hunger for knowledge. From the very first moments, we could see a group of strong individuals beginning to grow into a real team.
We met in a unique setting – Pałac Mierzęcin Wellness & Wine Resort – for an inspiring and intensive Orientation Session led by Dr. Deborah Butler, supported by the Executive MBA Poznań-Atlanta PUEB-GSU TEAM. It was a start worthy of one of Poland’s best Executive MBA programs.
Dear Students, thank you for the trust you have placed in us by choosing our program. We truly appreciate it and will do our best to make it worthwhile. Thank you also for your engagement, openness, and wonderful atmosphere. Two years full of challenges, growth, and (we are sure) lifelong friendships lie ahead of you.

Day 5 of EMBA Educational-Business Trip to Atlanta

There are places you visit. And there are places that quietly rearrange your sense of scale.
On day 5 of our trip, we were given the extraordinary privilege of stepping inside the Delta Air Lines Operations and Customer Center – thanks to the kindness of Mark Adams. To watch operational decision-making unfold in real time at the world’s most profitable and most highly valued airline, a leader in revenue and in the sheer number of flights it puts into the sky every single day – it is one thing to read about complexity, and something else entirely to stand in the middle of it.
What stays with us is not only the technology or the scale. It is the calm. The precision. The awareness that behind every decision made in that room there are thousands of people, thousands of journeys, thousands of stories that must arrive somewhere on time. That is what a truly complex business model looks like from the inside – and no case study will ever teach it the way today did.
Mark, thank you for your openness and for every question you let us ask – and answered honestly.
Our deepest gratitude also goes to Satish Nargundkar, for creating this chance and for letting us feel, if only for a few hours, what it means to be part of a powerful organization – one that moves the world, quite literally.

Day 4 of EMBA Educational-Business Trip to Atlanta

Some days you learn something. And some days you leave a room quietly changed – and today gave us both.

The morning belonged to Visa: the inner workings of the world’s payment systems, and a conversation about talent management in the age of AI and of new generations entering the workforce. Animikh Sen, PhD and His Team (Tara Hill, Skyler Triffin, Michael Butler, Nupur Kalgaonkar) – thank you for your openness and generosity. You didn’t give us a presentation; you gave us a real discussion about what genuinely matters for modern finance, for business, and for the world we are all building. Questions that we will keep asking ourselves long after this trip ends.

The afternoon took us to Summit Packaging Solutions – and there are no other words for it: a magical company full of magical PEOPLE. A place where people, organization and processes are not corporate slogans, but the actual key to success. Adam C. Walker, CEO, and Mark Wilson – thank you. Your stories are an endless source of inspiration, and your approach to business, people, and the world is a benchmark in its purest form. You reminded us that a company is, above all, the people who show up for it every single day – and that leadership is measured by what you leave in others. And last but not least – Ashok Vairavan, DBA – wow, an incredible friend of Executive MBA Poznań-Atlanta PUEB-GSU FAMILY, who made the dream come true.

We arrived to see how things are done here. We are leaving with something harder to name: a sense of what is possible when someone truly believes in people.
May we be able to carry at least a part of what you planted in us into our own professional lives – and pass it on further.

Day 3 of EMBA Educational-Business Trip to Atlanta

The longest day of the trip so far, and by some distance the most demanding. It was also the one we are least likely to forget.

Morning – Jacobs
We spent the morning with Jacobs, learning about their investment and infrastructure projects – and, above all, about the expansion of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the world’s busiest passenger airport. This was not a presentation about engineering. It was engineering, seen in a living organism, with aircraft moving overhead and construction advancing beneath.
Our HUGE thanks to Dr. Tina Wilson, C.P.A., and Edmund Ramos, who guided us through the scale, the technology, and the sheer logistical discipline required to rebuild an airport that never stops operating. What stayed with us was the combination of professionalism, visible passion, and depth of commitment – and the fact that behind every technological solution there were people who cared about getting it right.
Jacobs – you are an inspiration to us.

Afternoon – a conversation with Said Mohammadioun
The afternoon opened with a meeting with Said Mohammadioun, a true legend of the Atlanta business community. A conversation about building companies, judging risk and staying curious across decades – the kind of perspective that cannot be found in any case study.
This meeting would not have happened without the invaluable support of our friend Deborah Butler. Thank you.

Afternoon – Digital Marketing in the Age of AI
The day closed with an excellent lecture by Denish Shah, Ph.D., Professor of Marketing at the Department of Marketing and the Institute for Insight at Georgia State University – J. Mack Robinson College of Business, on digital marketing in the age of artificial intelligence. A rigorous, evidence-based look at what is genuinely changing in marketing practice – and what is merely being repackaged. Exactly the discussion a group of practicing executives needed. Shelley D. Nelson, thank you for making it happen.

A very long day. It could not have been more rewarding.
